• Sometimes items that you order may be temporarily out of stock. We do not bill you until we know your order is available. Our office will contact you to discuss alternative sizes or other action that you may wish to take

• If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange on another item. This cannot occur until we receive the magnets that you are not satisfied with and are checked to make sure they are not damaged or used.
